1. The service

Ridni GA4+GSC MCP is an internal tool operated by the Ridni Charitable Foundation that lets the Claude AI assistant read Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data on behalf of a signed-in user. It is provided free of charge to foundation staff and authorised partners only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Only users whose Google account has been authorised by the foundation may use the service. You must sign in with your own Google account and must not share your access with anyone else. We may grant, restrict or revoke access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for the foundation's legitimate work.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Comply with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the terms of the Claude product you connect from.

4. Data

The service only reads data you already have access to in Google, using read-only permissions. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. AI-generated output

Analyses and summaries produced by Claude from the retrieved data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important figures in Google Analytics or Search Console before relying on them.

6. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ridni Charitable Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting it in Claude and revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
